What to expect from your Nestwise welcome emails

After your loan closes, Nestwise sends a series of welcome emails to help you get started.
These messages confirm your loan status, explain your next steps, and give you access to your online dashboard.

Here’s what each email includes and how to use it.


1. Your Closing Confirmation email

This email arrives shortly after your loan funds.
It includes:

  • Confirmation that your loan has officially closed

  • Your loan number

  • Your property address

  • A summary of what happens next

This message is your first official notification that the closing process is complete.


2. Your Dashboard Activation email

Next, you’ll receive an email inviting you to log in to your Nestwise dashboard.

This email contains:

  • A secure link to create your password

  • Instructions for accessing your loan information

  • Contact information if you need help logging in

If you already had a Nestwise account during your application, this message activates your servicing view, unlocking new post-close features.


3. Your First Payment Instructions email

Within a few days of closing, you’ll receive a detailed email explaining:

  • Your first payment amount

  • Your due date

  • How to set up auto-pay

  • How to make a one-time payment

  • Whether your loan is being serviced by Nestwise or a partner servicer

If your loan transfers to a servicer, this email will tell you exactly what to expect.


4. Your Dashboard “Getting Started” email

This optional onboarding email gives you a quick walkthrough of your dashboard, including where to find:

  • Loan details

  • Statements

  • Escrow information

  • Contact options

  • Closing documents

This is useful for first-time homeowners or anyone new to digital mortgage tools.


How to access your dashboard

Your dashboard is the main hub for managing your loan.
Here’s how to access it the first time.


1. Click the dashboard activation link

Use the link in your activation email to set up your password.
For security reasons, this link expires periodically, so use it as soon as possible.

If it expires, you can request a new link directly from the login page.


2. Log in using your email

Your username will be the same email address you used during your mortgage application.

Once logged in, you can:

  • Set up payments

  • View your closing documents

  • See your escrow information

  • Update your personal details

If Nestmatch™ is active for your loan, you’ll also see your rewards balance and contribution history.


3. Bookmark the login page

To make accessing your dashboard easier, bookmark the login page in your browser.
You’ll use this same link for all future logins.


When to contact support

Contact Nestwise if:

  • You didn’t receive a dashboard activation email

  • The link doesn’t work or has expired

  • You can’t log in with the email you applied with

  • Your dashboard isn’t showing your loan details

  • Your first payment information is missing
