How to Log In to Your Nestwise Dashboard

How to log in to your Nestwise dashboard

You can access your Nestwise dashboard from any device using the email and password you created during your application.
Your dashboard is where you’ll find your loan details, documents, payment information, and (after launch) your Nestmatch rewards.


1. Go to the Nestwise login page

You can log in by visiting the Nestwise website and selecting Log In from the menu.

This will take you to the secure sign-in screen.


2. Enter your email and password

Use the same email address you used during:

  • Pre-qualification

  • Your application

  • Document uploads

  • Closing

If your password isn’t working, you can reset it (see next section).


3. If this is your first time logging in

If you’re logging in for the first time:

  • Use the email you applied with

  • Select Create Password or Set Up Your Account if prompted

  • Follow the instructions sent to your email

First-time login may require identity verification for security purposes.


4. How to reset your password

If you forgot your password:

  1. Click Forgot password? on the login page

  2. Enter your email address

  3. Check your inbox for a reset link

  4. Create a new password

  5. Try logging in again

If you don’t receive the reset email:

  • Check your spam or promotions folder

  • Make sure you’re using the correct email address

  • Contact support if needed


5. If you’re having trouble logging in

Common issues include:

  • Incorrect email or password

  • Old or expired password reset links

  • Browser auto-fill errors

  • Logging in with a different email than the one used to apply

Try these steps:

  • Manually type your email and password

  • Use a different browser (Chrome, Safari, Firefox)

  • Clear your browser cache

  • Try logging in on a different device

6. If your loan has been transferred to a servicer

If your loan has been transferred:

  • Some information will move to your servicer’s portal

  • You will receive a welcome letter with login instructions

  • You may still retain limited access to your Nestwise dashboard for documents
