How to view your Nestmatch balance
Once Nestmatch™ is live and your loan is eligible, you can view your rewards directly in your Nestwise dashboard.
Your dashboard shows your total balance, contribution history, and program status so you always know how your rewards are growing.
Here’s how to find everything.
1. Log in to your Nestwise dashboard
Go to your Nestwise login page and sign in using the email you used during your mortgage application.
Once logged in, you’ll see a tab or menu item labeled Nestmatch™ Rewards.
If you do not see this section, your loan may not be Nestmatch-enabled or the program may not be live yet.
2. Open the Nestmatch™ Rewards section
Inside the Nestmatch tab, you’ll see:
Your total Nestmatch balance
Your latest monthly contribution
Your contribution history
Any pending contributions
Your program eligibility status
This section updates each month after your verified on-time payment is processed.
3. What your balance includes
Your Nestmatch balance includes:
All verified monthly contributions made by Nestwise
Any pending contributions that will post once payment verification completes
Program adjustments, if applicable
Your balance does not include:
Interest earnings (Nestmatch rewards do not earn interest)
Borrower deposits (you do not contribute your own money)
Nestmatch is a rewards program—not an investment product.
4. When contributions appear in your account
Nestmatch contributions typically appear:
After your on-time monthly payment is verified
Once your loan remains in good standing
According to the program’s monthly posting schedule
If your payment was late or returned, you may not receive a contribution for that month (see program rules).
5. If Nestmatch is not showing in your dashboard
There are a few common reasons you may not see your balance:
Nestmatch has not launched yet
Your loan closed before launch and has not been refinanced into a Nestmatch-enabled loan
Your loan is not yet eligible
Your dashboard has not updated due to a recent payment or servicer update

When to contact support
Reach out if:
Your Nestmatch balance is missing or incorrect
A monthly contribution didn’t appear
You’re unsure whether your loan is eligible
You refinanced into Nestmatch but don’t see your rewards
Your dashboard isn’t loading your Nestmatch tab
