Do I get Nestmatch™ if I close now?
No.
If you close a Nestwise loan before the Nestmatch™ launch in Q1 2026, your mortgage will not include Nestmatch rewards yet.
Your loan will function as a standard conventional mortgage until the program becomes active.
What do I receive if I close before launch?
Borrowers who close before Nestmatch is live receive Premier Access™, which is a pre-launch benefit.
Premier Access™ provides:
Priority access when Nestmatch launches
Early eligibility to activate rewards (based on program rules)
A clear path to join the program after launch
Premier Access™ does not provide early Nestmatch rewards.
Rewards begin only after:
The program launches, and
You have a Nestmatch-enabled mortgage
Can I activate Nestmatch after launch if I close now?
Yes. Borrowers who close before launch may be able to refinance into a Nestmatch-enabled loan once the program is active.
This gives you the option to transition into rewards later, but it is not automatic.
Will my early payments count later?
No.
Payments made before the program launches do not earn rewards.
