When will Nestmatch™ launch?

This article explains when the Nestmatch™ Rewards program will become active and what borrowers should expect before launch.

Who this article is for

This article is for:

  • Borrowers who want to know when Nestmatch™ will start

  • Anyone considering applying before the program goes live

  • People comparing loan options and evaluating timing

When will Nestmatch™ launch?

Nestmatch™ is scheduled to launch in Q1 2026.
Until the program goes live, all Nestwise loans function as standard conventional mortgages without rewards.

Borrowers who close before launch will not receive Nestmatch contributions yet, but they may receive Premier Access™, which gives them priority enrollment when the program becomes active.

Will Nestmatch be available automatically at launch?

Nestmatch will become available for:

  • Borrowers closing on or after the launch date, and

  • Eligible existing borrowers who refinance into a Nestmatch-enabled loan

Borrowers who closed before launch will not be automatically enrolled, but Premier Access™ gives them an early path to join.

Does Nestmatch work on existing mortgages?

Nestmatch does not apply automatically to loans closed before the launch date.
Borrowers who want to use the program after launch may need to refinance into a Nestmatch-enabled Nestwise mortgage.

More details will be available once final program rules are published.

What can borrowers do before the launch?

Before Nestmatch becomes active, borrowers can:

  • Close a Nestwise loan and receive Premier Access™

  • Learn how the program works

  • Join the Nestmatch update list

  • Prepare documentation for future eligibility if they plan to refinance into the program

These steps help ensure you’re ready to take advantage of the rewards as soon as the program goes live.
