Where is Nestwise available right now?
Nestwise is currently available in Texas only.
At this time, we can offer mortgages and refinances only for properties located in Texas, even if you personally live in another state.
Will Nestwise expand to other states?
Yes. Nestwise has a multi-year expansion plan:
Texas — Active today
2026 — Additional states go live
2027 — Planned national expansion
Each new state requires its own licensing and operational approval, so exact state-by-state timing may shift.
What if I live outside Texas?
If you live outside Texas, you won’t be able to apply yet.
However, you can join our waitlist so we can notify you when Nestwise becomes available in your state.
